SPENCER SPIT

Spencer Spit is on Lopez Island, and the weather was much better than when we were here in May, still a little windy, but much warmer.

This point of land comes way out into the bay with a nice sandy beach and an old cabin on the end. photo looking South from our boat.

We did very good crabbing here, we got 3 the first nite and 3 the next morning before we left.  I could count at least 50 crab bouys close by.
