LOTS of GULLS August 6th, 2008
These two gulls (above & below) are both young gulls, and because of their youth colors I don't know what kind they are.
Because so few gulls have bright red/orange bills, my guess is that the above gull is a Heermanns' Gull.  His head will turn all white and his body will remain dark gray.
These gulls are Mew Gulls, they are a little smaller than other gulls, and have a yellow/greenish bill and feet, with a yellow eye, and black wing tips.
