| The BOOM |

| Remember the lack of pictures I took crossing the Strait of Juan deFuca? Well we discovered a couple days later that the wind had bent the boom on the boat and we had to order a new one. That's why we have been hanging around near Port Townsend, waiting for the new boom to arrive. |
| The boom finally arrived, Jim & Brian Toss spent the morning putting it on. |

| They were done by 11:30 and we were out of there! Heading North back across the Strait of Juan deFuca, this time with much better weather and just off the shore of Whidbey (instead of across the middle which was calm today)and Fidalgo Islands. We headed for Anacortes for the night. |
