COJO ANCHORAGE Oct.7th, 2008
The weather was very Warm and the breezy was too.  We were tired after traveling all night and pulled into Cojo, only about a couple miles from Conception Point.  We spent the day napping, watching surf and a couple surfers trying to surf, 3 Amtrak trains going by and a deer and her fawn stolling along the beach.
Oh! did I mention that that morning as we went by Government Point a guy in a sailboat radioed us for help?  He had lost his motor (got kelp in it) and didn't know anything about sailing, he was hired to deliver the boat to Santa Barbara from San Francisco.  So we had him throw us a rope and we towed him into Cojo were he could anchor and call for help.
He finally got the Coast Guard (4pm) to come tow him in.
