| Conception Point marks the turning point from cold to warm, or bad to good weather, so they say. We left Avila at midnight so we could reach Conception point by early morning when the weather there is calmest. Jim says we did have 20knot winds and some 10'seas at point Arguello (10 miles before), I slept through a little of it. Point Conception was clear (below). | ||||||||||||||
