Easy to get to Barra (about 1mile by dingy, The Sands Hotel had a dingy dock, pool and bar to keep cool by. The only bad thing was the lagoon water, way to dirty to swim in. But the rest was great and we stayed through New Years.

| We anchored out in the center of a large lagoon, the view was great, surrounded by jungle on most sided and this small communittee on the Western shore. Easy to get to Barra (about 1mile by dingy, The Sands Hotel had a dingy dock, pool and bar to keep cool by. The only bad thing was the lagoon water, way to dirty to swim in. But the rest was great and we stayed through New Years. |

| This was the Grand Bay Resort, never made it over there, all check it out on the return trip. Also at the far right is the entrance we came in, it is a very narrow dredged channel, so if you go off course you run your boat aground. We watched 30% of the boaters do this, very entertaining. | ||||||||||||||
