BALLENAS ISLANDS
								July 23rd, 2008
		After that ruff night of rocking, we left Tribune Bay, continuing down the Strait of Georgia heading for Newcastle Island, this is about a 35mile stretch of water.  The water was choppy, but not like the night before and I slept most of the way.  We had stopped at Newcastle on our way up and had really liked it.
